Butyltape

Butyl tape is a double-sided, Polyethylene-based adhesive tape, coated on both sides with a thermally applied layer of unvulcanised rubber. Butyl tape is used for attaching RootBarrier® protective fabric. The three-point adhesion guarantees high root impermeability. Butyl tape must be applied to a clean and dry surface.

The standard length is 10 meters (11 yards) per roll.
The standard width is 25 mm (1 inch).
